wardrobe: Cold weather

Ok so it's cold in NYC today. REALLY cold. I spent this morning rummaging around in my closet looking for my stash of hats and gloves and realized how easy it is to bundle up and look ridiculous (which is my usual state walking the dog early in the morning) all in the name of warmth. While I fully support that effort, I think it's also entirely possible to stay warm and still look good.
